Welcome to your luxurious home away from home
Off Grid will be taking up residence at the Cape Boutique Home in August, for a two night retreat that’s not to be missed.
Are you ready to unplug, recharge and step away from the hustle and bustle of every day city life? Make your way down to Mornington and leave the rest to us.
This retreat will cover breath-work, yoga, hot & cold therapy, meditation and high intensity interval training.
The Activities
Yoga
Michelle takes us through Slow Flow/Yin and Morning Flow yoga practices. Our evening Yin sessions help the body to relax and unwind. Morning flow awakens and sets us up for the day ahead.
45 minute sessions.
High-Intensity Interval Training
Adam fires us up with a heart pounding high intensity workout, designed to tap into our dopamine stores and leave us feeling on top of the world.
20 minute sessions.
Breath-work
Guided breathing journeys. We’ll be unlocking the true power of our bodies and minds via Andy’s powerful breath-work sessions.
20-30 minute sessions.
Meditation
Andy and Michelle guide us into focussed meditation.
15-20 minute sessions.
Dance
Laura takes us through a big vibe follow along dance class which will leave you feeling energised.
30 minute session.
Hot & cold therapy
Guided intervals between our gorgeous Finnish sauna and the ice bath.
30 minute sessions.
All activities are optional. If you want to spend all weekend reading a book in the lounge while taking an occasional stint in the sauna - you’re more than welcome.

Off Grid is an opportunity to reset and recalibrate.
Modern life has us spending every day being connected. Plugged in.
Off Grid is a time to unplug.
All day Saturday will be an (optional) device free day. We will all power down at the same time and truly go Off Grid.
During this disconnected time, we’ll look to explore 4 key aspects of living:
Physical
We’ll hack into the dopamine stores of the human body through fast paced interval training and dance.
Emotional & Mental
We’ll balance out our emotional and mental wellbeing with guided meditations, along with ice baths and sauna work.
Spiritual
We’ll connect with our spiritual side through tailored breath-work journeys and yoga.
A combination of exercise, breath-work and meditation while being Off Grid will have us thinking with unimaginable clarity.
We guarantee by the end of the weekend you will be feeling energised, motivated, powerful and ready to take on the world.
Experience a home away from home in one of our nine carefully crafted guest rooms. With neutral interiors that are designed to imbue a sense of calm, these rooms provide the perfect sanctuary to unwind after a day of activities and relaxation.
Each featuring private ensuites, king beds with luxurious linen, inviting sitting areas, and the option of private or shared balconies. Adorned with large windows, these rooms offer breathtaking views, while the private ensuites and built-in robes provide convenience and comfort.

4pm onwards: Arrive and settle in.
4-6pm: Get to know the house, kick back with a book, start to unwind.
6:30pm: Welcome ceremony.
7pm: Dinner.
9pm: Yin yoga with Michelle.
9:30pm: Dark hot chocolates and fire pit.
10:30pm: Lights out, quiet time.

8am: Cold exposure and breath-work with Andy.
9am: Coffee and breakfast.
12pm: Afternoon flow with Michelle.
1pm: Lunch.
3pm: Dancing with Laura.
5pm: Hot / cold therapy sessions.
7:30pm: Dinner.
9pm: Yin yoga, meditation, breath-work.
10:30pm: Lights out, quiet time.

Sauna & Cold Exposure
Our traditional Finnish sauna and ice bath will be available to use at any time all weekend.
With proven benefits to enhance your overall wellbeing, dopamine levels and lymphatic system jump in the sauna and ice bath combo at any point over the weekend to embrace your inner Scandinavian sense of wellness.
Laura is a street dance instructor and women's holistic health coach. An Aries with infectious energy.
Your Crew
Adam is a group boxing coach, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor and your host for Off Grid Cape Schanck. An Aquarius with an anything is possible attitude.
Andy is an entrepreneur, meditation teacher and breath-work coach who can take your inner game to the next level. A Sagittarius with creativity and motivation a plenty.
Michelle is a yoga instructor and breath-work coach, a Gemini with such a warm and inviting personality you’ll instantly feel like you’ve been friends with her for years.
Pricing
Prices include room, all meals, experiences and activities.
We have king rooms (sleeps 2) and king rooms with twin beds (sleeps 4) available.
Price per room is $2495 based on 2 people sharing.
Cost to add another person to the room: $750.
Single guest room price: $1950.

What will I need to bring?
Yourself, and a bag full of good vibes!
All meals will be provided, along with yogi equipment.
Some comfy clothes and a favourite book is recommended.
I have dietary requirements, can I be catered for?
Absolutely. Please let us know in advance so we can make the chefs aware.
I’m not sure on some of the activities, do I have to participate?
Not at all! If something doesn’t take your fancy you’re more than welcome to sit it out and do your own thing.

What’s your cancellation policy?
A $500 non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking.
Does it matter if I’ve never tried the activities before?
Absolutely not! Beginner or seasoned pro, you’ll feel comfortable and supported in all activities.
